Thanks – I listened to the entire call by phone today and made notes. Interesting that you mentioned that for many investors the chief problem is likely to be themselves. I appreciated learning more about the tax rates for various forms of investments but since most of my money is within the RRSP category, it is only taxed as it is removed. And to learn about the management team at Russell / Life Points and their plans to expand with Small Cap and Emerging Market managers.

I cannot begin to tell you what a weight you have taken off my shoulders since you began managing my investment. My past experience was to have my Financial Advisor call me and suggest that I buy or sell something and then disappear. Having you listen to what type of investor I am, discuss options for investing AND actually explain what I was investing in is a new experience. Having you meet, personally, with me every quarter has helped me to keep in touch with my portfolio and helped me with future financial planning. Under your guidance my portfolio is not only growing – it is growing in an arena that makes me comfortable with my investments.
